Case Study

The Brief: To introduce a sense of light and space to the hallway of a large residential property; to combine contemporary with traditional; to include a stainless steel handrail without any sharp angles.

The Solution: The mirror polished stainless steel handrail curves and flows; the larger ground floor newel reflects the smaller newel on the floor above; the stainless steel spindles are hand crafted, with polished and burnished centres, highlighting the door furniture and lighting. A sense of space, light and elegance has been achieved, continuing the balance of traditional and contemporary design throughout the house.
